For my daughter’s bridal brunch, Lou prepared a generous batch of gluten-free, sugar-free parsnip & coconut mini muffins. Word spread quickly how yummy they were, and within an hour the platters were empty. I suspect this will become a pattern for every lucky client of his. And may there be many!
